With a serious competitor just down the street, Heritage Wine & Liquor needed a fresh, modern look to stay competitive. Heritage’s loyal customers visit the store for its service, selection and savings. These messages became an integral part of their brand promise and were displayed in a way that existing and new customers wouldn't be able to miss. A custom “H” was developed for the Heritage logo that revealed a hidden wine bottle shape within the negative space. This clever concept became an integral part of Heritage’s visual brand. Environmental graphics, signage, and collateral such as business cards, gift cards, and employee apparel were created to support the new brand.
After the launch of the rebrand, Heritage Wine & Liquor not only saw a renewed interest from their customer base, but from their employees as well. Showing pride in the brand and store led to boosted morale and elevated service.
