The Challenge

Hello Promo was competing in a crowded promotional products and branded merchandise industry dominated by large-scale distributors and corporate platforms. While those competitors often relied on scale, Hello Promo’s real strength was something very different—fast, friendly service, a hands-on approach, and a team that genuinely enjoys helping clients bring ideas to life.

Their existing brand didn’t fully reflect that energy—it was dated and dull. They needed a brand and website that could clearly differentiate them in the marketplace while emphasizing what they do best: making the promotional products process simple, fun, and highly personal.

At the same time, the brand needed to communicate credibility and capability at scale, ensuring larger clients still saw them as a serious and reliable partner.

The Result

We created a refreshed brand identity and website for Hello Promo, designed to feel as friendly, fast, and approachable as the team behind it.

At the center of the identity is a playful, smile-forward logo system that immediately communicates warmth and personality. To further differentiate the brand, we developed a custom “Merchmojis” library—merchandise-inspired emoji-style graphics used across marketing, social media, and the website to add personality and reinforce the brand’s fun, human tone.

The website was designed to be simple, intuitive, and conversion-focused, clearly showcasing their services while emphasizing their exceptional customer experience, speed, and ability to compete with larger promotional products companies through agility and personalization. We also provided portfolio photography for the website, capturing their work in a cohesive, on-brand way that ensures consistency across their product showcase.
